4.6 You provide this personal information so that we can help you make connections with, and join communities made up of, other users of our website. The more specific the personal information you provide, the more specific your search results will be to help you make better connections and develop stronger networks. 4.7 In addition to your gender, city and country, age and user name which will be disclosed to other users of our website when they view your user profile, any further personal information you provide when you create your user profile or use our networking tools may be viewed by other users of our website. We cannot control reuse of any personal information that you make available to other users of our website.
My Vault
4.8 You can choose whether any personal information, documents, photographs or other content you upload and store in My Vault may be viewed by all other users of our website, only a limited number of users you have specified, or whether the personal information, documents, photographs or other content is to remain private and accessible only by you.
Emailing tools
4.9 On our website we provide you with a facility to “Refer a Friend”. You may not use this facility to send spam or otherwise send content that breaches this privacy policy or our terms of use. We will not permanently store, sell, rent, or otherwise use for marketing purposes, the email messages or email addresses you use in this facility.
Credit card transactions
4.10 When you make a credit card payment on our website, you provide relevant credit card information. We will store this information to facilitate your credit card payment transactions.

In addition, the information you provide may also be stored and/or processed in any country in which iYomu or any of our subsidiaries, affiliates or agents maintains their facilities.
6.3 We will retain information from closed accounts so that we can comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect unpaid fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our terms of use, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
